Please note that the association cannot give advice to non-members on bailiff issues, neither can it prevent further action by a bailiff acting under the authority of a court order. Such requests will not elicit a response. Many queries are covered on our FAQ page.

If you wish to make a complaint against a member of the association, having checked on our Membership page that they are in fact a member, please go to our Complaints page and follow the instructions detailed there. The association does not currently accept complaints via e-mail.
